Add CTA to your empty state

Imagine you’re creating a shopping cart for an online store. You’ve put a lot of effort into it and designed an appealing cart that showcases amazing products.

However, what happens when a user clicks on their cart, only to find it empty?

That’s where adding a Call to Action (CTA) comes into play.

CTA can help by guiding them to continue browsing instead of leaving the site.

You can even suggest products based on their preferences, making their experience feel more personalized and enjoyable.

This doesn’t just work for empty carts. It applies to any empty state, like messages, contacts and search results.

Adding a CTA can improve the user experience and encourage users to engage more with your app.
